In short, we make beautiful things.
Our owner, Jenna, is an artist. I don’t mean that in the silly, cliched way that so many people do. I mean they have their own art hanging in their home. I mean that as I write this, there is a canvas in their office, covered in Gesso primer, waiting for Jenna’s next moment of inspiration. I mean that I once watched Jenna design a trophy in their head while standing in the middle of a Michael’s craft store.

The Artistry Behind C & A
It’s Jenna’s artistry that has brought us all together today. They began engraving here at C&A over fifteen years ago, and loved it so much that they bought the business in 2022. Jenna uses machines, metal, wood, and “diamond dust” to make magic for C&A’s customers!
Making beautiful things to commemorate your beautiful moments drives us here and C&A. Whether it’s a plaque or an engraved piece of crystal, or whether you need custom trophies for your car show or a custom-engraved gun box for a retirement gift, we’ve got you covered. We can make something as simple as name tags, and something as complex as a triple-layered trophy with a Halloween theme (that even lights up!)

Shawn Mills
Shawn is a 33 year old professional that received his degree in Business Administration, emphasis Human Resources. Shawn has experienced many cultures, as he lived in Germany for 25 years and traveled to many European countries. He is fluent in German and English, which makes for a lot of fun learning about other cultures. Shawn handles most of our administrative duties, such as scheduling orders, processing payments, ordering supplies, consulting potential customers, and assisting in creating stunning awards. Additionally, Shawn has been curating and providing the business with product photography as he runs his own photography business outside of C&A Engraving.
Jenna Pearce
After more than thirteen years in the industry, Jenna still isn’t entirely sure if they own C&A or if it owns them. Fortunately, it turns out they really do love the business of engraving, as it enables them to combine their experience in metal manufacturing, assembly, and fine art, while also putting their English B.A. to some use. When not willingly chained to the machines at C&A, Jenna sometimes finds the time and energy after hours to read voraciously, play piano, write creative non-fiction, and is an avid theater and film fan.
Keisha Page
Keisha is C&A’s marketing manager. She handles marketing, branding, writing copy for the website, and anything else that puts our name in the public eye. She brings us over a decade of experience as a marketing manager. She’s lived in Colorado for over 40 years, so she’s almost a native! When she’s not planning for C&A’s eventual world dominance, she’s parenting her five children, reading, gaming, or being dragged around the neighborhood by her 100-pound dog!

Timothy McClellan
A second set of hands for almost any task, Timothy handles the assembly, finishing touches, and a fair amount of the engraving at C&A! When not thriving on the joys of the bigger, grittier, and more mechanically demanding jobs, Timothy is an avid explorer of new music of all varieties and an ace video gamer.

Cara D. Pearce
Cara oversees the bustling world of Business Operations at C&A Engraving, which means anything and everything from designing spreadsheets and QR codes to coaxing one more print run from a 25-year-old printer to “magging and bagging” orders as C&A’s name tag ninja. Juggling nursing school, parenthood, and a robust HR career, Cara has become a pro at multi-tasking and helps to orchestrate professional workflow and operations dynamics. In her weekend life, Cara can be found treading the boards on local stages, and playing piano. As Shakespeare said, “All the world’s a stage,” and Cara loves playing whatever role is required to accommodate the needs of C&A and support each client on a unique and creative level.
